Yummy new recipe!!

Hello everyone! I have promised my Facebook fans recently a recipe I tried and I have the link ready to share with you. Sorry it took me awhile to get it out to you but it's been pretty busy here.
I tried this recipe when I saw it on The Rachel Ray Show and thought I could make that. So I did but I made it with half the ingredients listed on the recipe because it was only for the hubby & I.
It came out great and so delicious. It's a based on a Mexican traditional dish with fried tortillas with eggs known as Migas, but to make it this way made it even have a lot of flavor. Although I wouldn't really say this is a Mexican dish because it's not but it's very good to try.

I hope you enjoy it as much as I did. Feel free to comment below or send me pictures of your dish.

I'm posting a photo of mine so you can see the difference on how I made it.

We made it to 2013!

Another new year and months since I've even blogged, what a big time blogger I am.
Well seems the Mayans were off about the end of the world because it's now 2013! So we made it! Another year to make resolutions we all can't seem to keep so I've decided not to even make any resolutions. I just want to be happy and have a happy/healthy family. So I will strive to make sure we have a great 2013. Everyone has had their set backs because I know we have. 2012 wasn't exactly my best year but it wasn't the worst either. So I'm grateful for that.
Well with the new year comes new adventures and new business ventures for me. I'll get into more details about this later on but I will have more time to do what I love most, crafting. There are so many things I want to learn to create that I'm doing quite a bit of research and studying (mainly tutorials) to get inspired. For one thing this year will be less of a stress form me since I no longer work 2 jobs from home. I'm not complaining because I know of others who wish they could do what I do from the comfort of their own home too. I've recently made some new items that I really haven't promoted too much especially since my attempt to create/start a giveaway didn't exactly work out too well. So that's one thing I'll try to do more is promoting and advertising.

Here are just a few things I had fun making in 2012.

Just a few items I loved making and can't wait to start creating more. I try to add these new items on my Facebook fan page. So if you have the time take a look at my page and follow me. https://www.facebook.com/Garza.Creations

We just recently came back from a vacation and I have to tell you it was relaxing the only thing was I wish I wasn't sick. I pretty much either had severe sinus or a cold the whole time. That was the only thing I didn't like but I loved spending time with extended family. Ringing in the New Year with them was great! My kids missed all of their cousins. It really was an eye opening experience for me even more so as a mother & Aunt. It made me realize things I never knew went on and made me reflect on how I can better myself not only as a mother but as an Aunt too. It made me even more grateful to have the family that I do in my life.
On another note I think I'll start blogging more with ideas for all of us from recipes, organizing to helpful products for the everyday woman and mom. What do you think? Would you read them? I would if they were helpful enough. So stay tuned because 2013 is going to be great! Have a great New year everyone!
